36 - Mindfulness in Relationship - Interview with Lodro Rinzler

Understanding the emotional and behavioral patterns that pull couples apart is essential in building a healthy relationship. But, to make lasting changes, couples must cultivate the mindfulness to realize when they are falling into old patterns and intentionally choose to interact in more healthy ways. In this episode, Tarah and EJ interview Lodro Rinzler, a meditation teacher and the author of seven books, and the co-founder of MNDFL meditation studios in New York City. His books Walk Like a Buddha and The Buddha Walks into the Office have received Independent Publisher Book Awards. His new book is Take Back Your Mind: Buddhist Advice for Anxious Times.

 Lodro has taught meditation for twenty years in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and frequently travels for his books, having spoken across the world at conferences, universities, and businesses as diverse as Google, Harvard University, and the White House.
