A recent paper was published providing a narrative review of the literature surrounding Youth Weightlifting. The authors include Dr. Mike Stone, Dr. Kyle Pierce, and Dr. Guy Hornsby. Instead of discussing this paper and providing my own commentary, I figured we could get the three of them on the show to discuss the topic even further!
