What It's Like to Run at Western States 100 with Emerson Hay

Western States 100 is one of the most legendary ultra marathons in the world, and is a bucket list race for most athletes in the sport. Serving as the oldest 100 mile race in the US, as well as one of the most competitive races, it is hailed as the most iconic ultra in the United States.
