For this week’s episode, we spoke to 68-minute Half-Marathon runner, Sam Harrison. Coached by Vince Wilson (EP 99), Sam has seen dramatic improvements in her running over the past 4 years and made the England team for the Commonwealth Games, as well as the British team for the European Champs, in the summer. Sam’s got PB’s of 31:21 in the 10K and 2:32 in the marathon and we spoke to her about how she’s going to attack those events over the next couple of years, with an eye on Paris 2024. Enjoy!
