Chris is a co-author of three Shingo Publication award winning books - "4+1 Embedding a Culture of Continuous Improvement " , " The Essence of Excellence " and “Why Bother?” . He edited the Shingo Institute book “Enterprise Alignment and Results” and is a Shingo Institute Faculty Fellow, master trainer and examiner.
