What if we’re designed with the ability to eat without needing to think much about it?
And what if we never, ever lose this ability…we just think we’ve lost it?
I know it can look like we have all the evidence in the world to prove that we don’t know how to eat. We overeat. We restrict. We can’t trust ourselves. We can’t hear our hunger the way we used to.
And still, you know how to eat. When it’s difficult or confusing or complicated, you’re thinking over your innate design.
In this episode, I’ll share how I gradually moved from thinking about how to eat all the time, to letting my innate ability to eat without much thought do the job it’s always been ready to do.
