I️ absolutely loved interviewing Guy Ferdman. We got to hang out in person at his home in Cardiff and we talked about how he manages his relationships to fear, judgments, and anxiety. What I️ loved about this episode and him is how open he is about his emotionality, the way he lives his life, fears and anxiety. It was so beautiful to hear him completely open up and share. We talked all about why we struggle with self worth on a mass scale and understanding the issues behind self worth and why it's such an epidemic. We're all struggling with where that comes from and we talked about how to move through those some of those things. We talked a lot about relationship dynamics, understanding how we show up in relationships, due to our family dynamics, and how how we saw that growing up.
