This week in the Ones Ready Team Room we sit down with the new Superintendent of the Special Warfare Training Group responsible for the Prep Course, A&S, and the remainder of the AFSPECWAR pipeline. First, we go through Chief's operational career and how he graduated INDOC and after a while on the teams decided to go to the 724th which incurred an additional selection. Then Chief addresses the pipeline changes and how COVID-19 has or has not impacted the pipeline. Finally, he speaks about stress inoculation and gives some insight into his Mental Armor brief.
