01:10 This is actually a great example from Ahmad and how come. Well, it's simple because the example comes from a real situation. Actually, we had a conversation together. I conducted an interview with Ahmad and we had to realize that there was this crackling during the interview, a sort of a cracking noise, you know, so a tip to you would be to use. examples from your real life. I mean phrases which are connected to you and that way the expression will stick better. You would remember it better believe me on that,
