Michael Trautmann ist Gründer der bekannten Werbeagentur kempertrautmann, die später in Thjnk umbenannt wurde. Außerdem ist er Co-Host des Podcasts „On the Way to New Work“ sowie Co-Autor des gleichnamigen Buches.
