In this live coaching session, Vanessa and Dené sit down with Kristyn to explore recurring activations that come up as a child of divorce, juggling two different family systems. We discuss coming into an awareness that even as we’ve accumulated lots of tools for navigating tough emotions as they come up, they may continue to arise for a lifetime - but our relationship to the emotions may change.
