About Today's Guest
Dr. Keaton Worland is a doctor of physical therapy in Saint Louis, MO, but he is more than just a therapist. Keaton works as a therapist, performance coach, and as a clinical mentor. It isn't the various hats that set Keaton apart from his field. It is his unique perspective and consistent desire to learn more for his patients. Keaton has been in the shoes of his patients and he understands the process. He recognizes the difference between the conditioning and reconditioning process and works to consistently navigate these waters. And though he has formal training through various systems of thinking, Keaton does not subscribe to any one system. He wants to keep his principles and the patients' needs at the forefront of his decision making process. This has allowed Keaton to not only get his clients out of pain but also allow them to live the full lives they deserve.
