Dr. Fred has served in the mental health industry for almost four decades, having consulted with patients, practitioners, medical facilities, non-profit organizations, and community groups. As a non-diagnosing psychiatrist, he is committed to shifting the conversation about mental illness on a global scale. His services include mental health coaching, speaking/consulting, telepsychiatry training, and expert witness testimony. He is also working on Global Madness, an exciting film project that explores how mental illness and mental health are managed in various diverse areas of our planet.
