Whether we realize it or not, we are all leaders. Some of us may be in a position of leading hundreds if not thousands of other people while others just a handful.  

But to be truly good as a leader you must first get great at leading one person, yourself. 

Leadership begins with the person you see in the mirror every single day and the decisions made and actions taken by that person. Decisions and actions taking us closer to or further from our vision for our lives.
