Meet Jake, a Distressed Investor, Fund Manager, co-founder and Managing Partner of Harris Bay and Essex Modern City from California. He graduated cum laude from Rasmussen College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship. He was in the Army when he realized that he wanted to do more and get into Real Estate. He is now doing professional investing for 20 years, starting as a contractor from residential properties to commercial real estate.
