All holidays seem to be centered around food. All cultures, all times of year, all over the world. And yet, so much stress exists around eating through the holidays.
The short answer is don't sweat it. One meal won't make or break any progress.
The real answer, is it's stressful, and we need some tangible tips to help us through.
This podcast will be relevant for any holiday at any time of the year. I referenced Thanksgiving as that's the time of year right now, but all are the same. This will be a good one to send to a friend who struggles with this, and re-listen throughout the year.
