Joe is the founder and owner of Synergy Athletics. In the fitness world, Joe is a best selling author, contributor to Men’s Health, Oxygen and Experience Life magazines, and a featured speaker around the country. In business, Joe was selected to participate in Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business program and was awarded 2019 Small Business Person of the Year by the Greater Binghamton Chamber. Joe holds a MAT in Secondary Education from Colgate University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer.
