Feeling stuck usually arises when our life doesn't align with the picture we have of how it should be, and when we feel powerless to change it. It is important to realize that there are multiple pictures of the future that can bring us happiness and fulfillment. We need to let go of the initial picture that may no longer be realistic and design a compelling future that excites and motivates us. By creating alternative pictures, we open ourselves up to more opportunities and options, making it easier to regain control and take decisive actions towards a better future.
Unsticking Yourself
To get unstuck, we must identify and design alternative pictures of the future that are more appealing and attainable. By envisioning different possibilities in areas such as career, personal relationships, hobbies, and personal growth, we expand our options and find new sources of fulfillment. These alternate pictures provide us with a focus point and a sense of control, allowing us to take strategic actions that lead us towards our desired outcomes.
