After transforming her life, going on her own self love journey & losing 80 pounds.  Stef knew she was created to help everyone  know you are, always have been, and always will be ENOUGH.

She traded in her VP title, 10 year, six figure income of a billion dollar finance company. Utilizing the skillset she had learned mentoring hundreds over the years and created Powerhouse.

Powerhouse, her brand, is a place for woman to come fill their cup, grow their mind, and find self love. Helping woman find their inner power, self worth, and self discipline.
