This week we sat down with Dr. Anthony Gustin, founder of Equip Foods, host of The Natural State Podcast, and expert on ancestral health and nutrition. We reflected on Anthony's journey building and selling his company Perfect Keto, and the lessons he learned about finding fulfillment through creative pursuits versus just chasing entrepreneurial success.

Anthony shared his recent move to Bend, Oregon and how he is focused on investing profits into local businesses and building community. We discussed concerns about societal decay, and the lack of inspiring role models when reaching high levels of "success."

A big portion of this episode involved an honest discussion about our spiritual journeys and discovering meaning through faith. Anthony opened up about exploring religion after rejecting it earlier in life, while we explained how finding a supportive church community has been incredibly impactful for both of us.
