Bullet Points | Is it ok to talk about weight loss?

One of the things I'm asked about most, via DM and email, is weight loss and yet I am always hesitant to talk about this publicly in case I trigger or offend. The body acceptance and body confidence movements have opened up a really important dialogue around how we speak about weight and our bodies, but it also has the power to shut down debate around weight loss.
