Dr. Fiona Lovely is a longevity, health and wellness expert with specialties in menopause medicine, functional neurology and functional medicine.  She is speaking to the topics of women's health around perimenopause and menopause.  

Andrea Donsky is returning to the show today for a discussion on her upcoming event - The Power of Menopause being held virtually on October 25, 2024.  She is also with us to chat about her recent experience at The Menopause Society annual conference, presenting her research to the esteemed members in attendance.  Andrea and her company wearemorphus.com collect data via free surveys that anyone can take.  Through the data collected, we are starting to get a much more clear and different picture of what actually happens at perimenopause, with our sleep in peri, and how our doctors are treating us when we present for care.  The results will surprise you (but probably not shock you).  40% of women are dismissed by their doctor without help for meno symptoms.    And there is much more to this conversation!
