This is the wrap up to my series on perception, which continues to be a prominent issue for me amongst the whole concept of personal development. As long as we perceive our reality to be factual reality, we are greatly limited and handicapped. I brought on an expert on perception, Lynda-Ross Vega. She and clinical psychologist Gary Jordan developed the Perception Style Theory to help individuals identify their strengths, appreciate human differences, and navigate challenges.
