Erin shares their passion for helping business leaders feel more joyful in all areas of their lives to make a meaningful impact in people's lives and the world. Erin says they know a lot of entrepreneurs who achieve their goals but aren't joyful. They believe joy should be above business strategy. Their goal? Help companies focus on their joy and discover how they can concretely integrate it into everything they do.
Erin also believes that some of the deepest joy occurs when we allow ourselves to feel our deepest pain – bringing the wholeness of our humanity. Erin explains the differences between joy and toxic positivity, as well as joy and happiness. They say joy is a byproduct of connection, curiosity, creativity, and courage. Erin adds that joy is about finding where you feel enlightened, energizing yourself, and following that energy.
