This is the most exciting time of year, and that’s not just because of the holidays. It’s that time in which we roll up our sleeves, consult our experts, and predict the 11 biggest wellness trends for 2019. In this special edition episode of the mbgpodcast, our founder and CEO, Jason Wachob, and co-founder and chief brand officer, Colleen Wachob, discuss how we zeroed in on these trends, plus their five favorites to watch out for in the new year.
