Get to know a little about me, and why I've finally decided to start sharing what I've learned through podcasting.
I'm a strength coach/personal trainer from Toronto, Canada. Fitness and health have always been a major part of my life and all has lead to a career in coaching.
I really do love fitness and believe that through physical training we can drastically improve our own life, and that of everyone around us.
So welcome! This is going to be a lot of fun, and I can't wait to hear from you!
