How much do you really know about your own energy and "core essence"? Most people know they're more masculine or more feminine, but only have a vague idea about how these energies coexist within themselves at the same time. In this episode, I (Kevin) had the opportunity to talk with a good friend of mine whose an emerging expert in this realm. His name, Lorin Krenn. 

Lorin is a writer and an awakened masculinity coach. The early death of his father and a chronic illness lead him to a spiritual awakening, in which he started to put his pain on paper. Now after several years of meditation, breath-work and vulnerability, Lorin healed himself and began sharing his profound insights.
