Dr. Sean Rockett is a distinguished orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, particularly known for his work with CrossFit athletes. He has served as the Head Orthopedic Surgeon for the CrossFit Games since 2012 and is himself a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and an avid triathlete.
Dr. Rockett is releasing a new book titled "Where Does It Hurt?" focused on injury prevention for athletes, workers, and service personnel. Proceeds from the book will benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation.
