As leaders, providing helpful and productive feedback is a skill that we have to learn. It’s a simple task that takes an extraordinary amount of work and thoughtfulness. So, how do we do it well? How do you create a culture where feedback is given and received; it’s normal and expected; and is appropriate and productive?
