- Zach changed his mind about less expensive procedures. Scheduling productivity is important.
- Al has changed his mind about creating urgency. Having less hours available makes patients less likely to fail appointments.
- Kevin changed his mind about EFDA's. EFDA's make Kevin's office work. "Other people can be good with arts and crafts."
- Kevin changed his mind about offering the best treatment. "Let your patients say 'yes' to your best care."
