This week I’m joined by Steve Thompson, Founder of Forward Role

He started working in recruitment after a stint of travelling, before setting up his own agency in 2008.

Since then, he has scaled and grown both in revenue and headcount, and focussed his agency on being niche within the marketing sector.

It was great to sit down with him and talk about his tenure as a recruiter as well as a business owner.
