In this episode of the Brawn Body Podcast (113) Dan is joined by Jonathan Snyder to discuss philosophy and how it applies to physical fitness and wellness. This episode focuses intently on the Stoic philosophy, and how this ancient wisdom applies to modern life and personal development.
Jon graduated from Lebanon Valley College with his degree in biochemistry and molecular biology. He’s currently a PhD candidate in pharmacology and physiology at Drexel University College of Medicine. He’s done research on protein structure and function, organic synthesis, and now studies insulin secretion and the interaction between diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
