As a small business owner who has gone through a recession In 2008, I would love to ease your mind and help you get through this and strategize so you can sleep better at night.
Today I'm talking about 4 things you can be doing right now to be proactive and move your business forward even during these times.
- Cut all unnecessary spending. You have apps, software, other items you are paying for that are not working. They are not helping your business.
- Do not cut money makers - Don't downsize programs to ones that look worse and don't cut revenue generators
- Lean into what is working
- Stay Positive - Last recession my business increased revenue every year, I plan to do that again
