An important note: I honestly do not recommend you do this. You should be taking care of your health and fitness all year round and “preparing” for next summer, right now. However, I know that many of you won’t and so I figured it’s best to help you do it right.
The most important part of this episode is the second half, where I discuss what to do after the 6 week shred - the plan after the plan, if you will.
This is where most people mess up, and what leads people to saying “diets don’t work”.
