James has lived an extremely varied life, growing up on the wrong side of the law, to then qualifying as a lawyer and becoming a barrister. While in full time employment, James and his brother, Tom, founded LDN Muscle, an online transformation coaching business that has helped over 100,000 people to reach their goals.

James also does a lot of work with the prison system, instilling positive values and coaching inmates to become successful personal trainers when they leave.
