In many mainline church contexts, pastors and leaders often spend countless hours wishing things were different and worrying about what's next. Anglican Priest, author, and runner Martha Tatarnic proposes a different way, encouraging pastors and leaders to embrace "ultrarealism," a running philosophy that encourages one to focus on what's actually happening and embrace it.
