Today we are joined by a long time member of the Jake and Gino community and now real estate coach, Senate Eskridge. Senate and Gino talk about Senate's journey through real estate and how he was lucky enough to stumble across different types of real estate sales through that journey. Eventually when the deals got larger and more complex, Senate realized he needed real estate education. The two talk about why Senate chose the Wheelbarrow Profits Academy and what value he took away from it. They talk about shifting their mindset to that of a Real Estate Investor and what drives them to continue on their investing Journey.

SENATE'S BIO: Senate is an avid real estate investor who currently owns a managed portfolio of over 500 units across the country. He has over 10 years of experience in real estate investing and 20+ years in business development, management, and sales. As a founding partner in E5 Unlimited where he utilizes his valuable skills in Legal Due Diligence, Legal Side of Acquisition, Investor Relations and Capital Raising. These skills coupled with his passion for looking at issues in a new way and utilizing his connections to identify solutions, Senate has helped nearly 100 people from all walks of life invest in Multi Family Real Estate. On top of all of this, Senate also hosts a real estate investors group in his hometown, bringing investors together to network and learn from each other.
