How often do you practice gratitude? Many of us easily get caught up in wanting more and we forget to appreciate the simple things in life.
I truly believe that practicing gratitude attracts more abundance. It is hard to attract opportunities and positive energy into our lives if we aren't grateful for what we have and where are right now.
I share a few personal experiences that, in the moment, were difficult for me, but I realized how much worse they could have been. For that alone, I feel grateful.
We're all human and we struggle; but overall, we must train our minds to practice gratitude to keep us grounded at the end of the day.
