Larry ( @carnivoresoldier ) is a retired US Army Chief Warrant Officer, living the carnivore lifestyle since March 22nd, 2023. Larry lost 30lbs in the first 90 days and continued his weight loss beyond that, losing another 14lbs in the following 60 days.
