I don’t know about you, but EVERY year I hear the catch phrase – “New Year, New You”.  You know what we say…”Start fresh”, “reinvent yourself”, “get started”, “begin again”.

The challenge isn’t with the START.  It’s with the finish.  It’s hard to stick to the changes required after “the start”, am I right?
