Deborah Netolicky talks with Dr Victoria Showunmi about identity, racism, classism, gender equity and intersectionality in education, especially in terms of the experiences of black girls and black women. Victoria is Associate Professor in Education at University College London’s Institute of Education and has led educational equity and leadership projects all over the world.
