What is ‘Next Level Living’?

On one level, one might think you’d need a secret formula, or a new itinerary.

But living a life that is all-encompassing should be one that allows you to incorporate all aspects of a holistic approach. We are human beings that are multifaceted–and we really need a varied approach.

Lesley Martin is a trained therapist and trauma expert and for years has had her own counseling practice and started her online coaching business during the pandemic–to help her clients create MORE for themselves. She follows an integrative model and teaches her clients to do the same.

In this episode, we talk about her PRIME approach in her client experience and why when making changes in our lives a holistic approach is the most effective.
