Mike DeMarco is the owner of Motives Movement in Millstone, New Jersey.  Mike has owned Motives Movement since 2013 when he opened a CrossFit gym with some friends.  Mike, a collegiate wrestler and lifelong athlete, was also the strength and conditioning coach for the Rutgers wrestling team and has competed at high level CrossFit events.
