In this podcast Shelley speaks with Robert Kenn, Head of Tax at Thales, about the importance of networks and continually nurturing them.

In the beginning Rob considered himself an anti-networker and viewed it as being a thing you did when you wanted or needed something. Today he considers himself an accidental-networker where he meets people, becomes curious about what they do and simply stays connected with them - not for any other reason than finding interest in them and what they do.

Over the years Rob's network have offered him so much support and guidance as well as vastly different perspectives, he sees so much value in it.
