340. Blood Sugar Empowerment with Dr Ralph Esposito

On this show, we’re talking about stable blood sugar -possible testing you can do yourself or with a doctor, how often to check in on your blood sugar, red flags and what to do about them, best ways to achieve stabilising outcomes and good insulin sensitivity and MORE. Dr Ralph Esposito is one of my triple thread guests, ie, one of the few I’ve had back 3 times on the show (Check out two Men’s health-focused shows #91 #102). Why? He also holds a position as an adjunct professor at New York University where he lectures on integrative medicine and specialises in hormones, integrative urology and men’s health.
