How to get over trauma? (Yashwanth)

In the 800 episode special of #TheHabitCoach podcast, Ashdin is joined by trauma expert and healing mentor Lilya Sabatier to answer this week's hot seat episode! They're asked by Yashwanth about how he can get over trauma he has because of his closest people.

Firstly, Lilya suggests to create some distance between him and the negative people around him so he's not triggered every time he's around them. Second, it's very important to be hopeful at times like these, even if it feels difficult. It gets better, and you must start thinking of things that you can do to make your future better and imagining what that future full of hope will look like. Last but not the least, forgiveness. It may sound impossible, but it's super important because they have left you with experiences that have helped you learn and grow.

Most of all, it's super important to acknowledge that you're hurt and you shouldn't rush through it.
