New Features in Microsoft Teams Phone

Additionally, the new callback feature for call queues enables users to opt for a return call rather than waiting in line, making the experience more user-friendly. While improvements have also been made to the survival branch appliance, which now includes capabilities such as making and receiving PSTN calls, there are still concerns regarding the token expiration timing that Microsoft is working to resolve.
