He is co-founder and CEO of Reboot.io, the executive coaching and leadership development company, host of the Reboot podcast, and author of a new book called Reunion, which came out at the end of 2023 and also Reboot: Leadership and the Art of Growing Up. Previously, he was a partner with JPMorgan Partners (JPMP), the private equity arm of JP Morgan Chase. He joined JP Morgan from Flat Iron Partners, which he launched in 1996 with his partner Fred Wilson, and Flat Iron became one of the most successful early-stage investment programs in the New York City area.
