I can’t stand watching people destroy their mental health for a physical body.

Or the fact that the mental health, headspace & internal work is so foreign to the fitness & fat loss space.

That’s why so people struggle.

That’s why so many people have issues around food, binge eat, have emotional eating issues, get anxiety around the scale, can’t keep consistent, always fall off, sabotage themselves, & legitimately 1000 problems (which is the whole point of the mentorship).

It’s not because calories & strength training are hard.

It’s because tackling the inner game is hard.

Changing belief systems.

Changing expectations.
