I really enjoyed this conversation with Jaime. We talked about so many things, life in Fort Mac, navigating relationships, the fitness industry, travelling, the sacrifices of owning a business, the fulfillment of it the list goes on.

As I stack on more and more episodes with more and more people, the conversations evolve and change and shift, I ask different questions and listen better and learn more things. 

That's just your small lesson that if you do something consistently over an extended period of time, you will keep getting better and better at it. As long as it is something you are passionate about.
